Zusammenfassung

Das Plasmozytom ist eine monoklonale neoplastische Plasmazellproliferation, die durch die Trias osteolytische Knochendefekte, Plasmazellnester im Knochenmark und Nachweis eines monoklonalen Immunglobulins in Serum und/oder Urin charakterisiert ist. 80% der Patienten sind älter als 40 Jahre. Auf 100000 Einwohner entfallen 10 Erkrankungsfälle.
