Zusammenfassung
Zunächst wird ohne Dilatation des Muttermundes mit einer kleinen, scharfen Kürette der Zervixkanal abradiert. Nach Dilatation des inneren Muttermundes erfolgt die Abrasio des Corpus uteri. Die Länge des Uterus ist durch eine Hysterometrie mit der Uterus-sonde festzustellen.
