Abstract

No doubt, from the point of view of mathematical abstraction, a TD, n-dimensional Hamiltonian system can be replaced [58] by an (n+1)-dimensional Hamiltonian system in which time appears as a new canonical coordinate, but for the practical applications of the theory of TD dynamical systems a separate account of its time-variable is inevitable. This is what we wish to pursue in this Chapter.
