Zusammenfassung

Oesophagusverletzungen durch stumpfes Trauma sind Raritäten Nur wenige Chirurgen werden im Laufe ihres Lebens dieser Verletzung begegnen. Da überdies die Symptome im Anfangsstadium nicht offenkundig sind, werden solche Verletzungen oft nicht oder erst sehr spät erkannt [393].
