Zusammenfassung
Die Außenhandelstheorie ist ein eigenes Gebiet der Wirtschaftstheorie. Sie ist im wesentlichen statisch (als Allokationstheorie) aufgebaut; allerdings enthalten neuere Lehrbücher häufig auch einige Ausführungen zur Dynamik des Außenhandels. In diesem Buch stehen die Gesichtspunkte des Wachstums ganz im Vordergrund. Trotzdem werden die Hauptsätze der statischen Außenhandelstheorie abgeleitet, damit die Verbindung der statischen mit der dynamischen Theorie deutlich wird. Gleichzeitig erkennt man die begrenzte Aussagekraft der statischen Sätze in der Dynamik. — Auf Einzelheiten der Außenhandelstheorie kann hier nicht eingegangen werden. Hierzu muß auf die Literatur verwiesen werden, z.B. auf Ohlin [1933], insbesondere die 2. Auflage 1967, Linder [1961], Mundeil [1968], Bhagwati [1969], Takayama [1972], Sohmen [1973], Schittko [1976], Dixit und Norman [1982], Stein [1984] u.a. Längere Ausführungen zur dynamischen Außenhandelstheorie findet man bei Gabisch [1976], Nobel [1982], Ramanathan [1982] und anderen. Auf einzelne Artikel wird später im Text hingewiesen.
