Für Krane, die unter den Anwendungsbereich der Richtlinie des Rates vom 14. Juni 1989 zur Angleichung der Rechtsvorschriften der Mitgliedstaaten für Maschinen (89/392/EWG), zuletzt geändert durch die Richtlinie des Rates vorn 20. Juni 1991 (91/368/EWG), und der Richtlinie des Rates vom 3o. November 1989 über Mindestvorschriften für Sicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz bei Benutzung von Arbeitsmitteln durch Arbeitnehmer bei der Arbeit (89/655/EWG) fallen, gelten die folgenden Bestimmungen.
