Zusammenfassung

Streßimpfung ist eine spezielle Art kognitiver Verhaltenstherapie, die Bewältigungsstrategien bei Angst, Ärger und Schmerzen in den Mittelpunkt stellt. Das Verfahren zielt darauf ab, Kompetenzen zu vermitteln, die zur Bewältigung von belastenden Ereignissen beitragen, so daß gestörtes emotionales Erleben reguliert und psychologische Anpassung erreicht wird.
