Zusammenfassung
ABPA steht für allergische, bronchopulmonale Entzündung durch Aspergillus fumigatus. Der Pilz kolonisiert „nässende“, entzündlich veränderte Bronchien mit Schleimretention. Diese Veränderungen bilden einen günstigen Nährboden für diesen Pilz.
