Zusammenfassung

Arzneimittelinteraktionen können auf unterschiedliche Art und Weise entstehen. Prinzipiell kann man pharmakodynamische von pharmakokinetischen Interaktionen unterscheiden [1]. Erstere sind häufig erwünscht (z. B. eine Kombination von zwei bestimmten An­tihypertensiva). Im Folgenden sind mögliche Mechanismen von Wechselwirkungen verschiedener Medikamente aufgeführt.
