Zusammenfassung
Blut ist eine undurchsichtige rote Flüssigkeit, die aus dem gelblichen Plasma (ohne Fibrinogen = Serum) und den darin suspendierten roten Blutzellen (Erythrocyten), den weißen Blutzellen (Leukocyten) und den Blutplättchen (Thrombocyten) besteht. Das Blut spielt in der klinischen Diagnostik eine wichtige Rolle, da es leicht zu gewinnen ist und sich bei vielen Erkrankungen typische Abweichungen seiner Zusammensetzung und der Eigenschaften seiner Bestandteile ergeben.
