Zusammenfassung

Inwieweit Pharmaka bei der Behandlung einer Makrohämaturie von Nutzen sein können, hängt von der Ursache der Blutung ab. Die Entscheidung bezüglich einer alleinigen oder zusätzlichen pharmakologischen Therapie einer Hämaturie kann erst nach eingehender urologischer Diagnostik getroffen werden.
