Zusammenfassung

Die Häufigkeit neurogener Frühsymptome (1) und die Seltenheit von Spätschäden nach CO-Intoxikation sind bekannt. Defektheilungen sind besonders im Bereich der Basalganglien untersucht (4, 5), cardiale (3) und ophthalmologische (2) Störungen sind seltener beschrieben. Unsere Verlaufsbeobachtungen bei einer CO-Intoxikation lieferten in der Korrelation von klinischen Befunden mit Computertomogramm (CT) des Schädels, visuell evozierten Potentialen (VEP) und Elektroence-phalogramm (EEG) sowie Elektrocardiogramm (EKG) bemerkenswerte Ergeb nisse. Sie scheinen neue Möglichkeiten für die Diagnostik von Tremor und die Therapie extrapyramidaler Störungen zu bieten.
