Zusammenfassung

Ist ein Defektverschluß durch eine primäre Wundnaht oder Dehnungsplastik nicht möglich, müssen weitergehende plastische Operationsmethoden Anwendung finden. Ihre Beherrschung ist besonders bei onkologischen Indikationen essentiell, da nach der histologisch gesicherten Intoto-Exzision maligner Hauttumoren häufig größere Defekte resultieren, die nur mittels plastisch-rekonstruktiver Operationsverfahren zu versorgen sind. Grundsätzlich sind die Methoden der Nah- bzw. Regionalplastiken und die der Fernplastiken zu unterscheiden.
