Zusammenfassung

Die Mehrzahl der im Rahmen der operativen Dermatologie gesetzten iatrogenen Hautdefekte können in dieser Region nach lateraler Wundrandunterminierung primär verschlossen werden. Lediglich über der Wirbelsäule, dem Kreuzbein und dem Sternum wird dieses Vorgehen durch die ungenügende Verschieblichkeit und geringe Dehnbarkeit der Hautpartien eingeschränkt.
