Zusammenfassung

Eingriffe im Rahmen der operativen Dermatologie stellen in der Kopf-Hals-Region eine große Herausforderung dar, einerseits hinsichtlich der ästhetisch befriedigenden Wiederherstellung, andererseits bezüglich der anatomisch-funktionellen Gegebenheiten. Die Bedeutung dieser Aussage wird durch die Tatsache verdeutlicht, daß die überwiegende Mehrzahl aller malignen oder prämalignen Neubildungen der Haut in dieser Region lokalisiert ist. Ferner sind dort die Problemlokalisationen wie Augenwinkel, Nase, Lippen, Ohren, Prädilektionsstellen für epithehale Hauttumoren.
