Zusammenfassung

Der Autor beschreibt in Kürze die Bedeutung des AT in der Behandlung und Prävention von Verhaltensauffälligkeiten, die häufig bei Schülern zu beobachten sind. Demzufolge sind streßbedingte psychosomatische Störungen ebenso wie Verhaltensabweichungen leicht zu überwinden, indem man Schüler zusammen mit ihren Eltern und Lehrern in den Prozeß des AT integriert. Methodisch sollte das AT den jeweiligen Altersgruppen der Schüler angepaßt sein.

Summary

The author briefly outlines the usefulness of autogenic training in the treatment and prevention of behavior disorders commonly observed among pupils. He advances the idea that stress-related psychosomatic disturbances as well as deviant behavior may be coped with easily by involving pupils, their parents, and their teachers in the autogenic training. The age of the pupils necessitates minor methodological alterations during the process of learning the exercises.
