Autogene Therapie in 4 Stufen

Zusammenfassung

Die Autoren unterrichten zunächst eine AT-Grundstufe, die er „somatisches AT“ nennt; sie soll den Patienten alle Möglichkeiten eröffnen, in sich hineinzuhorchen und auf alles zu achten, was sich spontan ergibt: „autogonon“. In einer 2. Stufe, genannt „imaginativ-analytische autogene Therapie“, sollen alle Erfahrungen aus der frühen Kindheit, die durch Synkrese anstatt durch Synthese verinnerlicht wurden, in therapeutischen Sitzungen analysiert werden. Danach werden sie zu einem wirkungsvollen Ganzen zusammengesetzt; dieser Prozeß ist für die nachfolgende Katharsis unerläßlich. Das 3. Stadium stellt das fortgeschrittene AT dar, welches analytische Inhalte im Sinne der Oberstufe nach Schultz und Wallnöfer enthält. Das 4. Stadium ist eine autonome, autogene Therapie in analytischer Zusammenarbeit mit dem Therapeuten.

Summary

The authors first teach the so-called somatic autogenic training (1st stage) in order to enable patients to acquire maximum skills in “listening to all that is generated spontaneously within themselves”: autogonon. In a 2nd stage, called autogenic imaginative analytic therapy, all experiences introjected during early childhood by way of syncresis instead of synthesis are analyzed during therapeutic sessions. They are subsequently integrated and assembled to form effective synthetic units; this process constitutes the basis for the catharsis to come. The 3rd stage consists of the advanced autogenic training, including analytical aspects as put forward by Schultz and Wallnöfer. The 4th stage is a made by the patient and, if necessary, in co-operation with the therapist.
