Zusammenfassung
Prinzipiell sollten bei einem Mammakarzinom in der Vorgeschichte Alternativen zu einer hormonellen Kontrazeption gefunden werden (Tabelle 21.1). Bei Ablehnung von Intrauterinpessaren, Barrieremethoden, natürlichen Methoden oder definitiven Maßnahmen besteht nach eingehender Aufklärung jedoch auch hier die Möglichkeit einer hormonellen Antikonzeption. Für die bisher häufig ausgesprochene Empfehlung, dann ein nicht aromatisierbares Gestagen (Applikation oral oder mittels Depot-Injektion) oder, insbesondere bei Zusatzindikationen wie Zyklusstörungen, Dysmenorrhoe oder Akne, ein einphasisches Kombinationspräparat mit entsprechendem Gestagen zu wählen, gibt es keine harten Daten.
