Zusammenfassung

Der Lichen sclerosus et atrophicus ist eine chronisch-entzündliche Erkrankung unklarer Ätiologie, die häufig die Genitalregion von Männern und Frauen befällt. Klinisch typisch sind porzellanweiße, atrophische Veränderungen mit follikulären Keratosen. Neben disseminierten, kleinfleckigen Formen finden sich am Stamm auch häufiger größere, plaqueartige Läsionen. Im Genitalbereich kommt es häufig zur Schrumpfung der Schleimhäute mit Ausbildung einer Phimose bzw. einer Kraurosis vulvae.
