Zusammenfassung

Das Kniegelenk ist ein Trochoginglymus. Das physiologische Gelenkspiel sowie die für das Knie typischen Roll-Gleit-Bewegungen werden durch die 6 Freiheitsgrade des Kniegelenks ermöglicht. Wir unterscheiden 3 Translations- und 3 Rotationsfreiheitsgrade. Unter den Translationen werden die anteroposteriore und die mediolaterale Translation sowie Kompression und Distraktion verstanden. Als Rotationsbewegungen werden Flexion und Extension, Außen- und Innenrotation sowie Ab- und Adduktion definiert.
