Zusammenfassung
Das Protokoll ist die für jeden lesbare Dokumentation einer Inspektion. Es wird unterschieden in Haltungsprotokolle und Schachtprotokolle. Aus ihnen müssen alle notwendigen Informationen zur Inspektion — Stammdaten sowie Zustandsdaten — vollständig entnehmbar sein. Zur guten Lesbarkeit gehört ein sinnvoller Aufbau, der sich durch eine klare Gliederung und gutes Layout darstellt. Das Protokoll ist die Visitenkarte jeder Inspektionsfirma und sollte dies auch eindeutig ausweisen.
