Behandlung der hypertensiven Krise

Zusammenfassung

Unter dem Begriff „hypertensive Krise“ versteht man ganz allgemein eine anfallsweise, plötzlich auftretende erhebliche Steigerung des arteriellen Blutdrucks bei zugrundeliegendem normalem oder erhöhtem Blutdruckniveau [29]. Eine hypertensive Krise mit systolischen Werten über 220 mmHg und diastolischen Werten über 130 mmHg läßt sich zwanglos in die klinischen Erscheinungsbilder hypertensiver Notfälle wie akute Hochdruckzephalopathie, zerebrale Massenblutung, Lungenödem und Eklampsie einordnen [38].
