Zusammenfassung
Arbeitszylinder wandeln hydraulische in mechanische Leistung um. Die so entstehende translatorische Bewegung führt dazu, daß man Hydraulikzylinder auch als Linearmotoren bezeichnet. Der Arbeitsdruck im Hydrauliksystem ermöglicht, große Kräfte zu überwinden, die durch Druckbegrenzungsventile (VD) variabel begrenzbar sind. Die Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit wird vom Volumenstrom und von der Kolbenfläche beeinflußt.
