Zusammenfassung

Kutane T-Zell-Lymphome (KTZL, „cutaneous T-cell lymphomas“/CTCL) sind eine heterogene Gruppe kutaner Neoplasien. Primäre KTZL sind definitionsgemäß Proliferationen klonaler T-Lymphozyten, welche sich primär in der Haut manifestieren. Die Inzidenz kutaner Lymphome beträgt 5–10 Fälle pro einer Million Einwohner pro Jahr, wobei die primären KTZL die Mehrheit (65%) der primären kutanen Lymphome ausmachen. Im Gegensatz zu den primären kutanen B-Zell-Lymphomen (KBZL, „cutaneous B-cell lymphomas“/CBCL) manifestieren sich KTZL klinisch und histologisch unter mannigfaltigen Bildern, welche zudem in den Anfangsstadien nicht selten gutartige Dermatosen wie Ekzeme und Psoriasis imitieren. Der histologischen Beurteilung kommt eine zentrale Bedeutung in der Diagnostik der primären KTZL zu.
