Zusammenfassung
Solare Lentigines sind gutartige epidermale Turnoren, die ein Vorstadium der Verrucae seborrhoicae repräsentieren. Sie treten stark vermehrt mit zunehmendem Alter in chronisch sonnenexponierten Arealen auf, dabei sind Männer und Frauen etwa gleich häufig betroffen. Klinisch handelt es sich um Makulä von gelblich-brauner Färbung, die rund, oval oder unregelmäßig geformt sind. Sie sind scharf begrenzt und zeigen z. T. einen unregelmäßigen und ausgefransten Rand. Bevorzugte Lokalisationen sind das Gesicht, die Unterarme und Hände, bei Frauen auch die Unterschenkel und bei beiden Geschlechtern auch der obere Stamm. Im Erwachsenenalter können etwa bei der Hälfte aller Personen solare Lentigines gefunden werden. Die solaren Lentigines persistieren häufig, können aber auch an Größe zunehmen und zeigen nicht selten einen Übergang in eine retikuläre Verruca seborrhoica. Die Entwicklung solarer Lentigines findet gehäuft bei Personen statt, die in der Kindheit Sommersprossen hatten. Sie treten oft nach schweren Sonnenbränden auf. Es ist interessant, dass mit dem Auftreten und mit der Zunahme solarer Lentigines eine Erhöhung des Risikos für die Melanomentwicklung verbunden ist.
