Zusammenfassung
Die Vielzahl von Ausprägungs- und Kombinationsmöglichkeiten der Organisationsvariablen führt zu einer kaum überschaubaren Alternativenvielfalt bei der organisatorischen Gestaltung. In der Praxis hingegen haben sich einige typische Strukturierungskonzepte bewährt. Sie sollen im folgenden dargestellt werden.
