Zusammenfassung
Zwar werden Entscheidungen von besonderer Bedeutung häufig durch Gruppen getroffen, z.B. vom Vorstand oder von der Gruppe der Abteilungsleiter. Die gleichberechtigte Teilnahme aller Organisationsmitglieder am Entscheidungsprozeß ist jedoch eine seltene Form der Entscheidungsfindung. Vielmehr überwiegen — insbesondere in größeren Organisationen — hierarchische Entscheidungssysteme. Sie stehen auch im Vordergrund dieser Arbeit.
