Zusammenfassung
Das unter Normalbedingungen flüssige Nitroglycerin ist so empfindlich, daß es schon bei Stoß oder Erschütterung detoniert. Trotzdem wird es auch heute noch zur Bekämpfung des Feuers von Ölquellen benötigt und befördert. Bei der explosiven Zersetzung von 1 kg Nitroglycerin werden schlagartig über 7501 Gas frei.
