Abstract
Darier’s disease is a dominantly inherited condition with variable penetrance that has been considered to be a disorder of keratinization. Darier’s disease is characterized by a persistent rash of keratotic papules over the whole skin with particular involvement of seborrhoeic areas and nail dystrophy.
