Zusammenfassung

Endgültige Amputationen von Fingern oder von Teilen der Hand sind trotz verbesserter Rekonstruktions- und Replantationsmöglichkeiten relativ häufig. Oft machen Verlust oder Zerstörung es unmöglich, diejenigen Komponenten, die für eine normale Funktion und ein normales Aussehen notwendig sind, zu erhalten. Stabile Knochenstrukturen, Mobilität und eine widerstandsfähige, sensible Hautdeckung sind die Voraussetzungen, um auch in diesen Fällen eine optimale Funktionstüchtigkeit zu erlangen.
