Bei Hüftgelenken, die stark ausgeprägte pathologische Befunde aufweisen, besteht an der Notwendigkeit einer Behandlung im allgemeinen kein Zweifel, zu diskutieren bleibt nur das Vorgehen und die beste Methodik.
