Psychologische Behandlung bei akuten Schmerzen

Zusammenfassung

In den vergangenen 20 Jahren sind eine Reihe von psychologischen Interventionsmethoden bei somatischen Erkrankungen entwickelt worden. Sie basieren auf der Erkenntnis, daß bei allen Erkrankungen psychosoziale Faktoren eine Rolle spielen [20]. Obwohl psychologische Verfahren heute einen wichtigen Bestandteil der Versorgung des chronischen Schmerzpatienten bilden [7], kommen sie bei akuten Schmerzzuständen bislang wesentlich seltener zum Einsatz.
