Abstract
To detect the presence of qualitative and quantitative abnormalities of plasma proteins, the analysis of blood plasma and other similar body fluids is necessary. When analysis is repeated, it will be noted that the results are not always highly reproducible. It is, therefore, necessary to know which factors affects the test results.
