Zusammenfassung

Irisnävus und Irismelanom werden gemeinsam abgehandelt, da die Unterscheidung äußerst schwierig ist. Selbst histologisch/zytologisch gelingt die Diagnose oft nicht sicher, da fließende Übergänge zum Spindelzellmelanom bestehen. Grundsätzlich werden die Veränderungen zunächst unter Standardbedingungen (Pilocarpinmiosis) photodokumentiert. Im Falle eines Wachstums bzw. zunehmender Vaskularisation erfolgt die Exzision.
