Zusammenfassung
Ziel aller Untersuchungen in der Atom- und Molekülphysik ist die Aufklärung der Struktur von Atomen und Molekülen und ihrer gegenseitigen Wechselwirkungen, die Bestimmung von Bindungs- und Ionisationsenergien, von elektrischen und magnetischen Momenten sowie eine möglichst genaue Kenntnis der molekularen Dynamik, d. h. der zeitlichen Entwicklung molekularer Zustände, welche durch interne Umordnung der Molekülstruktur oder auch durch Stöße erfolgen kann.
