Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel wird das anästhesiologische Vorgehen bei nichtkardialen Thoraxoperationen beschrieben. Im Mittelpunkt stehen hierbei die spezifischen Besonderheiten der Thoraxchirurgie, insbesondere die Atemphysiologie der Seitenlage mit offenem Thorax sowie die Pathophysiologie und Technik der Eine-Lunge-Anästhesie.
