Zusammenfassung

Beieinem Asthmatiker zeigt die präoperative Blutgasanalyse einen pO2 von 82 mmHg und einen pCO2 von 36 mmHg. Auf Broncholyse (β2-Mimetika) erfolgt keine signifikante Änderung. Perioperativ kann man bei diesem Patienten folgende Pharmaka bzw. Narkosetechniken einsetzen, ohne seinen Zustand möglicherweise zu verschlechtern:

    Atropin in der Prämedikation

  2. 2.

    Ketamin (Ketanest) zur Intubation

  3. 3.

    Neuroleptanalgesie

  4. 4.

    Halothan

  5. 5.

    Pentazocin (Fortral) zur postoperativen Analgesie
