Abstract

Over time, the needs met by the postal sector have evolved as a consequence of changing society and socio-economic relationships as well as technological progress. Communication is a basic need that emerges as soon as socio-economic structures go beyond basic subsistence levels. In today’s world, not only has communication become an important factor of social cohesion, it has also taken on an essentially economic role.
