Abstract
In this chapter, we first construct a dynamic multi-region, multi-industry optimal programming model to estimate the economic development in each area, and then analyze what kind of economic change will occur in Taiwan by expanding and changing the transportation system by computer simulation. Finally we make a comprehensive economic-environment analysis of how much impact the improvement of the transportation network would have on the economy and the environment in Taiwan.
