Abstract
The first eight chapters of this volume discuss common pediatric imaging procedures. This chapter deals with the less common, frequently more invasive procedures. The more invasive the procedure is, the greater the number of people needed and the more physician-intense the environment. The pediatric imager has become very involved with sedation and monitoring practices of the child. This chapter progresses from less invasive to more invasive procedures.
