Abstract
In addition to the baseline indicators for the core evaluation referred to in the previous chapter, most countries participating in CTNDI use additional indicators that cover younger and older age groups and other causes of death, such as accidents. In most of the countries, risk factor and demographic data also include self-reported presence of diabetes and hypertension, alcohol consumption, physical activity, educational level and marital status. Food consumption data are available for only a few countries.
