Abstract
In the preceding chapter we have used the hereditary integrals and the correspondence principle for the analysis of viscoelastic beams. We have seen how both approaches may be applied even to structures which consist of several materials with different kinds of viscoelastic response. We shall now have a brief look at a problem in which we may study other methods of solution.
