Zusammenfassung

Cruveilhier hat die ersten Beobachtungen von Pankreassyphilis erhoben, hat aber die Lues als solche nicht erkannt. Bei erworbener Syphilis hat Rokitansky sowohl die indurativen als auch die gummösen Erkrankungen der Bauchspeicheldrüse beschrieben, welche er ebenso wie die analogen der Leber kannte. Lancereaux schilderte 1874 die indurativen Formen. Er hatte sie sowohl als umschriebene als auch als diffuse Veränderungen beobachtet. Einmal sah er ein circumscriptes Gumma, erwähnt auch in der gleichen Mitteilung einen. Fall von Rostand, welcher zwei Gummen des Pankreas neben multiplen Gummen der Muskeln fand. Der mikroskopische Befund war von Verneuil-Robin abgegeben worden. Im Jahre 1877 beobachtete Chvostek sen. narbige Veränderungen im Schweife des Pankreas bei einem 46jährigen Manne Im Jahre 1880 beschrieb Drozda neben vielen anderen syphilitischen Zeichen noch eine ausgedehnte schwielige Degeneration der Bauchspeicheldrüse.
