Zusammenfassung
Der laterale Zugang dicht oberhalb des Kniegelenkspalts hat sich am besten bewährt. Bei rechtwinklig gebeugtem Kniegelenk ist der laterale Gelenkspalt ventral leicht zu finden. Mit dem Daumen ertastet man eine ventro-laterale Grube, die medial von der Patellasehne, proximal vom Patellaunterrand und distal von der Tibiakopfkante begrenzt wird. Etwa ins Zentrum dieser lateralen Grube wird die Inzision gesetzt (Abb. 20 u. 21).
