Zusammenfassung
Die Fähigkeit, Entscheidungen unter dynamischen Bedingungen zu treffen, ist eine zentrale Management-Kompetenz. In diesem Beitrag wollen wir vom Standpunkt aktueller Herausforderungen aus einen neuen Blick auf den etablierten Begriff der Selbstorganisation von Hermann Haken werfen, der hierauf Anwendungen aufweist.
