Zusammenfassung

Nachdem im vorangegangenen dritten Kapitel eine koordinationsorientierte Analyse des Produktionsanlaufs in globalen Produktionsnetzwerken erfolgte, sollen im nun folgenden vierten Kapitel die konzeptionellen Erkenntnisse mit der Praxis konfrontiert werden. Das vierte Kapitel beherbergt damit eine empirische Untersuchung bedeutsamer Koordinationsprobleme und -instrumente unter Berücksichtigung dreier Konfigurationstypen globaler Produktionsnetzwerke. Dabei soll zunächst auf die Konzeptualisierung und Durchführung der empirischen Untersuchung eingegangen werden. Im Anschluss erfolgt eine zweigeteilte Darlegung der Untersuchungsergebnisse. Zuletzt endet die empirische Untersuchung in einer Zusammenfassung der empirisch gewonnenen Ergebnisse und der Ableitung von Gestaltungsempfehlungen zur Koordination der Anlaufphase in globalen Produktionsnetzwerken.
