Zusammenfassung
Die Marketingstrategien in der Customer-Dominant Logic bilden die Grundlage für Maßnahmen zur Markt- und Kundenbearbeitung. Grundlegend für die Gestaltung der Marketingstrategien sind das Integrationszykluskonzept und die kundendominante Erfolgskette. Der Integrationszyklus unterscheidet zwischen einer Erstintegration, einer erneuten Integration oder vertiefenden Integration des Anbieters im Kunden-Ecosystem und begründet eine kundendominante Betrachtung der Geschäftsbeziehungen. Darauf basierend bildet in diesem Kapitel die Erfolgskette der Customer-Dominant Logic den strategischen Bezugsrahmen für das Kundendominante Management und fundiert u. a. Maßnahmen zur Markt- und Geschäftsfeldabgrenzung. Im Kapitel wird im Einzelnen erarbeitet, dass entlang der Erfolgskette attraktive Integrationsangebote zu schaffen sind, die eine positive nominelle Präsenz im Kunden-Ecosystem erzeugen. Basierend auf attraktiven Integrationsangeboten ist eine dauerhafte und signifikante faktische Präsenz im Kunden-Ecosystem aufzubauen.
