Zusammenfassung

Die Sozialwirtschaft bietet in Europa, ausgehend von der französischen économie sociale, in den letzten Jahrzehnten ein sich wandelndes Bild. Das lange sozialistisch orientierte Genossenschaftswesen (rot) trat unter neoliberalen Vorzeichen in Form von Sozialunternehmen auf und bezog im social business die Wohlfahrtsdienste ein (gelb), wonach in letzter Zeit im Zuge der ökosozialen Transformation (grün) der sozial- und solidarwirtschaftliche Einsatz (SSE) sich in vielfältiger Weise zugleich umweltbezogen und humandienstlich ausweist.
