Zusammenfassung
Die zunehmende Digitalisierung des Gesundheitswesens und damit auch die steigende Menge an Daten stellen Ärzt*innen, Pflegekräfte, Forschende, aber auch die IT-Abteilungen in den Kliniken vor neue Herausforderungen. Um die richtigen Daten, zur richtigen Zeit, in der richtigen Form den richtigen Personen und Anwendungen zur Verfügung zu stellen, stoßen die heutigen IT-Systemlandschaften an ihre Grenzen. Daten, Informationen und Wissen für Versorgung, Forschung und Lehre gleichermaßen zur Verfügung zu stellen, ist aber essenziell, um wettbewerbsfähig zu bleiben. Der Aufbau von Wissensmanagementplattformen macht sich genau dies zur Aufgabe und versucht, die Problematik zu lösen. Das Universitätsklinikum Schleswig-Holstein baut in seinem Medizinischen Datenintegrationszentrum genau eine solche Plattform auf.
