Nachtrag 1 – Weil es so aktuell ist: Künstliche Intelligenz im Metaversum?

Zusammenfassung

Die Vorbereitungen und grundlegenden Recherchearbeiten für dieses Buch reichen bis in das Frühjahr 2022 zurück. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt existierten drei Technologiebereiche, deren Entwicklung weitgehend unabhängig voneinander vorangetrieben wurden: Web3, Metaversum und KI. Während diese Bereiche in friedlicher Koexistenz mit mal größerer, mal kleinere Schnittmenge in gleichmäßig anmutenden Geschwindigkeiten vorangetrieben wurden, änderte sich dies schlagartig im Oktober/November 2022. Da diese Verbindung das Potenzial hat, die zukünftige Entwicklung des Metaversums maßgeblich zu beeinflussen, soll diese Thematik im Rahmen dieses Werkes zumindest kurz erörtert werden.
